Our simple process is as follows:
Step 1 - Simply call our award-winning customer support centre on 0844 669 6839 and we’ll explain our services and pricing over the telephone. For fast service you can also complete our online Service Request Form.
Step 2 - Our customer service representative will schedule a local Safe and Secure 24 technician to come to your location on a day and time that is convenient to you, sometimes even on the same day. We do not charge for travel time or cost and your certified technician will call you prior to your appointment to confirm the on site visit. Our Safe and Secure 24 vehicle will then arrive on time at your home or office and upon completion of our survey, the technician will then install the system you have ordered and/or advise on any additional aspects, to ensure 100% security and peace of mind guaranteed. Remember we only charge fixed fees for all our solutions, products and services.
Step 3 - Your installation will be tested on site and to your satisfaction. Upon completion any monitoring, warranty and guarantee documents are provided, and the full and/or balance payment is expected.
Step 4 - Our customer service representative will make a follow-up call a couple of days after your installation to ensure you are 100% satisfied.
