Our Five Promises to You.....

We have a unique product and a unique service, through our own monitoring centre that truly cares – we are so confident about what we offer we are happy to make these very real promises to you………

  1. We are a national company with a national presence, we are in for the long-term, our business success is delivered by long term relationships with our customers not any short term financial gain. Hence our first promise to you, that we will not be beaten on price by any like for like quotation. You get a quality product at the best possible price.

  2. You might worry about fitting an alarms system due to the impact on your homes décor – Ours is virtually wire-free. So our second promise to you is that after fitting your system – our installation engineers will leave you property as we find it – clean and tidy!

  3. We provide a 24hr, 365 day response to all activations – you don’t even need to be in, you don’t have to rely on your neighbours or the dog! So our third promise is that we will always be there, all year round, all of the time and will do whatever is appropriate. If relevant we will contact the emergency services and we will handle the problem to your satisfaction.

  4. Our next promise to you is that we will not tie you in to any long-term contract for monitoring services. We know you’ll be impressed by what we do and we know you’ll want to stay with us.

  5. And our last promise to you: If you keep your system covered under maintenance agreement with us – and in the event of a problem be that lightening strike, power surge, flood or other any eventuality. We will always fix it or replace it and if we replace it, it will be new for old, no questions asked!

We’re so confident in them that if we fail to deliver against any single promise, we will give you one full years monitoring free – yes absolutely free. And you know what, we’ve never given away free monitoring! That tells you these promises are of prime importance to us and we always deliver against them – you can be as confident in us as we are ourselves.
