The technology we have can tell the difference between the different alarm types – this could be for an intruder, for a fire or you might have a medical emergency or just need some assistence. The monitoring centre immediately assesses the situation within the home, whether you are there or not. They communicate directly with the home over a real state-of-the-art two-way audio connection – just like being in a telephone conversation. But the beauty of our system is this happens immediately and directly through the alarm panel. There is no need to make or receive any phone calls – which should you be injured, unable to get to a phone, or just in a panic situation, is of critical importance.
The monitoring centre turns off the siren and makes an informed decision on whom to contact, this might be one of the customers nominated key holders if it’s a small issue or the appropriate emergency service should the customer or the customer’s home need their immediate attention.
This is a truly fully monitored system, full details of any problem will be provided to the emergency services if they are required, before they arrive at your home, this will enable them to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and truly protect your home, its contents and your loved ones.
You feel safe and secure 24 hours a day 365 days a year in your own home – and even if you are away from your home the monitoring centre still watches over the home and its contents should an alarm be activated.

The Main Console This main console is housed usually downstairs and discreetly positioned so as to enable swift and convenient access without being too obtrusive. This is where the alarm receiving centre speaks to you in the event of an alarm being activated. As with all the Safe & Secure24 components the digital capability means apart from power and telephone there is no unsightly wiring |

Remote Control The alarm can be activated and deactivated from the main console. It is so much more practical to use a Remote Control Handset. The handset affords you peace of mind, no need to struggle into your home laden down with shopping worrying that you may not reach the main console before the alarm sounds. Plus the remote has the extra facility of a panic button which instantly activates the alarm system.

Medical Help Button The medical help button can be worn as a pendant or a watch. It is also waterproof. |

Smoke Detector The Smoke Detector should be placed strategically within your home, this our experienced installation staff will advise you on. As the name suggests in the event of a fire it will detect smoke and the alarm receiving centre will be notified. |

Passive Infra Red Movement Sensor (PIR) That monitors body heat and movement. To be able too positively recognise an intruder and immediately sends a digital code to the alarm receiving centre. Wire Free- therefore no need to redecorate and no mess installation. Long life battery - to last over 12 months. |

Window Contact It sends a signal immediately to the alarm receiving centre if the window is opened. It is wire free, small and compact, and easily fitted without drilling or screwing. |
