Our Alarm Receiving Centre
Based in the heart of the North East with over 20 years experience in electronic security systems - Our Alarm Receiving Centre operates 24 hours a day handling emergencies and calls from thousands of our customers using the Safe and Secure 24 alarm systems.
We also provide round the clock technical support to our own registered installation engineers.
If your alarm is activated, the siren will sound. Once activated it automatically makes contact with the centre. At this point, our computer systems establish the name and address for the customer where the alarm has sounded and importantly, the nature of the particular alarm. This shows on our computer screens as the call is received by the centre. Therefore, we know what the alarm is for, we know where it is and we then make an assessment about what best to do to help you.
The alarm then sets up a two-way communication system with us at the alarm receiving centre. Not only can we hear what is happening in your home and make a provisional assessment of the situation. But, as soon as we have assessed the situation we can speak to you directly through the Safe and Secure 24 system.
This enables us to then contact either the emergency services or if there is a smaller issue, it might be best handled by one of you nominated key-holders.
